Sunflower Bites



300g whole wheat flour
75g shelled sunflower seeds
2 tbsp veg oil
85g honey
30g corn meal *
180ml water

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface untul firm. Roll out ** the dough to 1/2 inch thickness, and cut out shapes with a cookie cutter. Put the cookies on a baking sheet, 1/2 apart. Bake 160 (325) degrees fir 40 to 45 minutes. When done, the cookies should be firm to the touch. Turn the oven off, and leave the cookies in for 1 to 2 hours to harden.

* apparently, I substitute all-purpose flour because I had ran out of corn meal
** oops, I didn't roll the dough because I couldn't find my pin! hahaha
